The Opportunity:

Are you confident, calm under pressure, and passionate about improving pupil outcomes?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students in a mainstream secondary school in Aylesbury, beginning in September 2025.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring, looking to make a direct impact on young people’s education and emotional well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students in class and in small intervention groups

  • Helping to reduce barriers to learning caused by behaviour or emotional challenges

  • Mentoring students to build confidence, motivation and resilience

  • Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful learning environment

  • Logging behaviour incidents and contributing to intervention planning
