As SENCO, you will oversee the strategic development of the SEND department, manage the EHCP process, lead on staff training, and ensure teaching is differentiated and accessible. You will work closely with parents and external professionals, building strong partnerships that enhance student outcomes.
We are seeking applicants with QTS and substantial experience in a SEND role. The NASENCO qualification is essential, along with excellent communication skills, leadership capability, and deep knowledge of current SEND legislation. An enhanced DBS is also required.
