A well-established, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants is seeking a Senior Town Planner to lead and expand its planning services.

With a strong reputation for delivering strategic, no-nonsense advice across the residential, commercial, rural and development sectors, this firm works closely with private clients, family businesses, and companies to help realise the full potential of their assets. Their office is based in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire.

The Opportunity

This is a key role for an experienced and driven planning professional who is confident handling a wide range of projects, from strategic land promotion to planning applications and rural diversification. You'll join a multidisciplinary team of surveyors, planning consultants, and agri-business experts in a role offering autonomy, leadership, and long-term growth potential.

Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive post-qualification experience in planning
  • Proven experience with residential and commercial planning schemes
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • MRTPI chartership or working towards (ideal)
