Sonic Summary

A friendly and expanding law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-5 years PQE.
The candidate will manage their own caseload with support from the partner and handle tasks such as grants and assignments of leases, sales and purchases, and property finance.
Corporate/commercial experience is beneficial but not essential, and strong communication and IT skills are required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £30,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
The expected start date is ASAP, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Our friendly and expanding client law firm based in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 1-5 years PQE who is able to to run own caseload (with supervision and support from the partner).

The successful candidate will be dealing with the following:-

Grants and assignments of leases
Sales and purchases
Property finance
Options and development matters
Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential).

Ideally, you should be keen to further your career as a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer and to begin to develop strong client relationships.
