Our friendly and expanding client law firm based in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their Property Team.
This full-time position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
To apply you will be experienced in all matters relating to residential conveyancing. *A qualification is not essential if you have the pre-requisite experience.What’s needed to be considered?
- The ideal candidate will be at least 3+ years qualified either as a solicitor or as a Licensed Conveyancer
- *Situated local or be familiar with the area will be an advantage
- Have effective networking skills
- Experience of running own caseload
- Ability and desire to meet targets
- Able to handle matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion
- Excellent inter-personal, customer service and team working skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local clients.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good local business contacts/a following would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Office based)Salary £30,000-£55,000 DOESchedule: 9 - 17 hrs, Monday to Friday
