Title: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)
Salary: Circa 42,000 - 46,000 per annum

The Company:
We are an established packaging manufacturer with over 20,000 employees across nearly 200 sites all over the world. The organization produces premium packaging solutions for food, cosmetics, and industrial cleaning brands, serving numerous major clients and working very closely with household name brands. This is an opportunity for a skilled maintenance engineer within the manufacturing industry to work with a true independent market leader within a well-established international group.
Role Responsibilities:
- Keep all equipment running smoothly for continuous production.
- Complete repairs as needed for breakdowns or preventative maintenance.
- Deliver project works and installations on time and within budget.
- Maintain precise and complete records according to company procedures.
- Adhere to all quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and company goals.
Requirements:
- You must have at least 3 years experience working within a similar FMCG production or manufacturing site.
- Competent fault finding and repairing on a range of both electrical and mechanical equipment.
- You must be confident in taking ownership of small continuous improvement projects autonomously and contributing to large scale projects as part of a team.
- Be flexible and able to adapt ever changing faults and breakdowns onsite.
- Must have completed on site industry apprenticeship or hold a minimum level 3 recognised qualification in an engineering discipline.
