Simply Education We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our school in High Wycombe. Our school is committed to providing tailored support to young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those with ADHD, who may find mainstream education challenging. As an Teacher you will play a crucial role in helping these students develop their literacy skills and gain confidence in their abilities.

As an Teacher you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging and adaptive lessons that cater to the specific learning needs of each student. The role involves creating a positive, structured environment that allows students to progress in their education at their own pace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English, a passion for working with students who may struggle in traditional school settings, and the ability to adapt their approach to suit the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons and tutoring sessions as an English Teacher ensuring the learning is accessible and stimulating.

Provide one-on-one support as needed, helping students to build their understanding and confidence in English.
