As the Packaging Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant packaging processes across the bottling and canning lines. This is a hands-on position, offering the opportunity to shape day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term process improvements.

Description

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment (filling, labelling, capping, and boxing)
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve line issues to minimise downtime
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet daily targets
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and health & safety
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and output

Profile

  • Proven experience operating packaging lines within an FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of bottling processes (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Mechanical mindset
  • Willingness to work flexibly as part of a small, dynamic team
