Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (30 mins lunch break)

Responsibilities:
As a Production Associate, you will:

  • Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble and test electrical, mechanical, and electro/mechanical products.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in line with production specifications.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and 5S standards.
  • Proactively address any non-conformances and quality issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall production goals.
  • Participate in packing and despatch activities.

Essential Skills:

  • Mechanical build background with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic electrical knowledge, including soldering and routing cables.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Electro/mechanical qualification.
  • Experience in manual handling.
  • Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
