I am currently recruiting for a renowned 4* hotel looking for a talented, experienced and personable Restaurant & Bar Manager to work across their main 100cv restaurant, 60bar & lounge to lead their FOH brigade of 9 for their hugely successful operation in Home Counties,within easy reach of Bucks/Berks & Beds.
The successful must have strong 4* level restaurant or brasserie management experience AND good bar knowledge, for 1-2yrs+ within 4/5* hotel dining operations within a midsize FOH team.
In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
