You will be responsible for delivering engaging, relevant, and up-to-date Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, preparing students for success in both GCSE and A-Level or BTEC pathways.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Business lessons that link theory with real-world application

• Support pupils in understanding core concepts such as marketing, finance, enterprise, and operations

• Prepare students for internal assessments and external exams with clear strategies and revision guidance

• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, discussion, and independent thinking

• Track progress and provide constructive feedback that drives improvement

• Contribute to departmental planning and innovation

• Support enrichment opportunities such as enterprise days, business clubs, or career talks (optional)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject

• Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Business Studies

• A confident, engaging teaching style that motivates learners of all abilities

• Strong classroom management and the ability to create an inclusive environment

• A collaborative attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development

• A genuine passion for helping students understand how business works in the real world
