Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 per year + (dependent on experience)

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching available for the right candidate)

• Support pupils in building strong numeracy skills, problem-solving abilities, and mathematical confidence

• Use varied teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners and drive progress

• Track student development through clear and effective assessment methods

• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed

• Contribute to departmental planning, sharing ideas and best practices to support continual improvement

• Take part in extracurricular opportunities, such as maths clubs or competitions (optional)

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards QTS

• Have a degree in Mathematics or a related field

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a clear, engaging teaching style

• Be confident in inspiring and motivating students of all abilities

• Show excellent classroom management, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Be a team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative department culture

• Embrace continuous professional development and innovation in teaching
