We are seeking a skilled Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a well-regarded primary school in Aston Clinton. Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside class teachers to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and differentiated learning activities
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping pupils achieve their full potential
- Adapt resources and teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEN or EAL
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, focused classroom environment
- Support in assessing pupil progress and delivering feedback to inform next steps in learning
- Participate actively in school life, including professional development, staff meetings, and enrichment activities

What We’re Looking For:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to supporting teaching and learning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to pupil well-being and progress
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and two professional references
