Tradewind are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a great school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who are actively working with us to employ a SEN Team member to support within the classroom!

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide pupil support (1:1, small group interventions)
Follow EHCPs and IEPs
Track pupil progress
Collaborate with teaching staff
Promote positive and inclusive learning

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience working with SEN
Passionate in supporting children and young people
Adaptability and flexibility
Be able to communicate effectively
Ability to work in a team and support others
