Tradewind are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a great school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who are actively working with us to employ a SEN Team member to support within the classroom!

***SEN Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

***Immediate Starts Available

***£90 -£95 per day based on level of experience

***Monday - Friday Term time only (full time or part time)

***One to one support and small group interventions

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide pupil support (1:1, small group interventions)

  • Follow EHCPs and IEPs
  • Track pupil progress
  • Collaborate with teaching staff
  • Promote positive and inclusive learning

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Previous experience working with SEN

  • Passionate in supporting children and young people
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a team and support others
