Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Ideal for Skilled or Ex-Forces Engineers.
Location: Aylesbury (Commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard)

You'll work with engineering drawings, assemble high-quality components, contribute to quality control, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Training, guidance, and career development will be provided.

The Candidate:
- Experienced & Skilled: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
