Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 + 15% Shift Premium + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Ideal for Ex-Forces/REME.
Location: Aylesbury (Commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard)

You'll work with engineering drawings, assemble high-quality components, contribute to quality control, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Training, guidance, and career development will be provided.
