Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage customer documentation and support technical and regulatory queries within a food-related environment. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests, while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage customer documentation from receipt to completion, including digital portal submissions.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage priorities and expectations.
  • Ensure timely completion of customer documentation by coordinating with relevant departments to gather required information.
  • Respond to brief customer queries related to compliance, product safety, and sustainability.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Solid understanding of quality and compliance standards relevant to food production and distribution.
  • Experience in a technical, quality assurance, or product development role is preferred.
