Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage customer documentation and support technical and regulatory queries within a food-related environment. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests, while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage customer documentation from receipt to completion, including digital portal submissions.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage priorities and expectations.
- Ensure timely completion of customer documentation by coordinating with relevant departments to gather required information.
- Respond to brief customer queries related to compliance, product safety, and sustainability.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Solid understanding of quality and compliance standards relevant to food production and distribution.
- Experience in a technical, quality assurance, or product development role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in general office software, especially spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with digital specification platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food components and their applications.
- Awareness of food labelling and regulatory requirements is essential.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Confidence in handling numerical data and basic scientific concepts.
