Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator. The role is offered as a 12 week temp to perm position.

When permanent employee benefits include:

Holiday: 25 days + BH

Rate: £13.34 to £13.85 ph (£26-£27K pa)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Paid weekly, PAYE via React Recruitment Ltd

No remote working

Location: New Hythe/Larkfield

Suitable Purchasing Administrator candidates will have excellent

  • Admin and MS Office experience - Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • MRP experience - desirable
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written

The role of Purchasing Administrator will be assisting the Purchasing Manager in general administration duties:

Purchasing Administrator duties will include:

  • Placing production purchase orders as determined by MRP
  • Raising purchase requisitions for approval and converting to purchase orders
  • Progress chasing purchase orders
  • Updating sales orders for purchased items
  • Monitoring order acknowledgements
  • Administering the Product Returns Process
  • Maintain returns register
  • Ensure credit notes are received as required
