Role Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance, update, and accurate distribution of the Document Management System (DMS) and Technical Library to support engineering, production, and quality functions. Ensures timely access to up-to-date technical information and documentation across all projects and business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the correct issuing of drawings and other materials from the Document Management System as requested by all functions and production personnel.

Generate, update, and maintain Technical Control Manuals (TCMs) for various on-site projects.

Provide engineering data support to engineering, quality, production, and other departments as required.

Assist in implementing visual displays and control documents to improve communication of quality and engineering information.

Ensure information published to the supply chain is current and accurate.

Create and maintain manual and electronic filing systems to support Engineering Control.

Support timely preparation of engineering data for new bids and estimates.

Facilitate new business introduction by coordinating the flow of engineering information to and from the site.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Minimum one year of relevant office experience, including managing paper and electronic filing systems.

Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid standard of education with knowledge of office procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Exceptional attention to detail.

Decision-Making Authority:

Works under well-defined procedures and work instructions, with guidance from the Team Leader or experienced staff.

Routine work may be reviewed unusual problems should be referred to the Team Leader.

Decisions are limited to structured boundaries approvals are required for decisions affecting the wider team, department, or function.

No direct staff management responsibilities.
