My client are located in one of the most beautiful areas of South Ayrshire, with the home looking out on to a stunning view. At 40 beds, I am looking to speak with experienced Home Managers who have a proven track record in increasing Care Inspectorate scores. Responsibilities* Ensure a smooth running of the home prioritising resident care and staff support* Adhere to policies, procedures and compliance standards* Supervise staff members and carry out appraisals, supporting with training and reviews* Maintain and create new relationships with external stakeholders* Maintain occupancy levels and turnover, make improvements where possible* Use marketing techniques to promote the home and overall business* Budget management* Recruitment and retention of staffRequirements * RGN/RMN with an active pin is absolutely essential* SVQ4 Leadership and Management or similar is preferable* Previous experience managing residential and nursing homes* Proven ability to maintain Care Inspectorate scores and make improvements where possible* Experience in identifying and implementing improvement strategies* Communication skills* IT skillsOffering an annual bonus structure, this role is perfect for home managers who have a recognised skill set in providing high quality care, meeting standards set by professional bodies.If you are interested in discussing this role further please contact Robyn at Search Healthcare -
