About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development. Working alongside the Home Manager, you'll lead by example, support the nursing team, and drive continuous service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership, ensuring best practices in nursing care
- Oversee and support the care team, fostering a positive and professional culture
- Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and medication management, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting ongoing training and professional growth

Who We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of care regulations (CQC, Care Inspectorate)
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, inspire, and support a team
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
