Job Title: Child Residential Support Worker ( Permanent contract )
Location: Various locations across Ayrshire
Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour - 16.00 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Child Residential Support Workers. You will be working in children's residential homes, supporting young people with a variety of needs including emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and positive life choices.
* Assisting with daily routines, household tasks, and recreational activities.
* Managing challenging behaviours in a safe, supportive, and professional manner.
* Ensuring safeguarding and welfare at all times.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in children's residential care or similar setting.
* Strong communication, empathy, and resilience.
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
