Learning Support Assistant – The Role
Your main focus will be providing support to students with complex needs including social, emotional and mental health within the classroom. You will be helping students to remain positive and focused whilst supporting their academic and personal progress. Assisting with behavioural challenges and building self-esteem and confidence. Previous experience with challenging behaviour is required.
Learning Support Assistant – The School
This special school caters to boys aged 11-16 with emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. It functions as a special school offering provision for pupils who have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school offer a nurturing, inclusive environment for students with SEMH and/or other associated needs.
