Salary: Up to 59,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
A leading manufacturing business based in Coventry is currently undergoing an impressive period of growth and investment. As a result, they are looking to enhance their engineering department with the addition of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
- Minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement
- Working within a busy manufacturing environment
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Confident troubleshooting breakdowns under pressure
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
