We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic team.What You Will Be DoingResponding to customer enquiries by phone and email, primarily relating to spare partsAssisting customers with identifying the correct spare parts for their needsProviding updates on order status, returns and delivery arrangementsOffering insights into spare parts sales history and trendsProcessing sales orders for products, ancillary items and spare parts efficientlyMaintaining accurate records in the CRM system, including accounts and contactsWhat We Are Looking For
