Spanish Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker to support a market research project. This is a temporary role starting immediately in Banbury.

The role involves speaking with a distinct range of businesses involved in specific printing activities to obtain information about their business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service.

Salary:12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Contract Type:Temporary

Location:Banbury

Start date: ASAP, Monday 3rd November

Key Responsibilities of a Spanish Customer Service Advisor

  • Outbound call to specific customers and capture responses from customers.
  • Complete forms accurately and in full to support the project.
  • Ensure you represent the client in a professional and positive manner on all contacts.
  • Work within a small team and support completion of tasks.

Key Requirements of a Spanish Customer Service Advisor

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Must be accurate and comfortable completing forms online.
  • An excellent communicator, able to build relationships over the telephone.
  • A self-starter with good self-management and organisational skills.
  • Results-driven to obtain good outcomes.
  • Experience in customer service, account management or telesales would be an advantage.
