SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting a vibrant 3- form entry primary school in the London borough of Barking & Dagenham. They are looking for a talented special needs teacher to teach in the school's additionally resourced provision (ARP) from September 2025 for the full academic year. All students have a diagnosis of Autism.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Will be a talented and passionate practitioner. They must have a good understanding of the specific needs of children with autism and a strong desire to learn more.
  • They will ideally have experience of effective teaching and learning within the context of a specialist autism provision/SEN setting
  • They must be a strong communicator and team player and be able to engage effectively with the children, staff - including link mainstream class teachers, and parents/ carers on a daily basis.
  • They will also need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and have the belief in the potential of every individual child as well as the drive to support all children to become the best they can be.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • A full employment history
