In this rewarding full-time role, you will:
- Cultivate a Love of Physical Activity: Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially 5, fostering a deep appreciation for the benefits of exercise, teamwork, and sportsmanship relevant to the diverse interests of students in Barking.
- Develop Fundamental Movement Skills: Equip students with essential movement skills, promoting physical literacy and confidence in a range of activities.
- Contribute to a Culture of Health and Well-being: Support and potentially lead extracurricular sports clubs and initiatives, enriching the physical activity opportunities within our Barking school.
- Collaborate with a Dedicated PE Team: Work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a vibrant and supportive department.
- Thrive in a Dynamic East London Borough: Engage with students from diverse backgrounds in the active and community-focused borough of Barking.
