Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience

As an Administrative Assistant in the Student Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining this supportive atmosphere by delivering efficient and compassionate front-line administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as a first point of contact for students, staff, and parents, offering timely and effective support in your role as an Administrative Assistant

Ensure student records and attendance data are accurately maintained and handled with confidentiality

Provide administrative support for student welfare, medical needs, and pastoral care

Manage internal and external communications efficiently as part of the wider Administrative Assistant team

Support the coordination of school events, trips, and daily operational functions

Uphold data protection and safeguarding standards in all Administrative Assistant duties

Contribute to a collaborative and supportive office environment where every Administrative Assistant feels valued and empowered

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a school or youth-oriented setting

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SIMS or other school systems is highly desirable

Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm and professionalism

A strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
