As an Administrative Assistant in the Student Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining this supportive atmosphere by delivering efficient and compassionate front-line administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a first point of contact for students, staff, and parents, offering timely and effective support in your role as an Administrative Assistant

  • Ensure student records and attendance data are accurately maintained and handled with confidentiality

  • Provide administrative support for student welfare, medical needs, and pastoral care

  • Manage internal and external communications efficiently as part of the wider Administrative Assistant team

  • Support the coordination of school events, trips, and daily operational functions

  • Uphold data protection and safeguarding standards in all Administrative Assistant duties

  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive office environment where every Administrative Assistant feels valued and empowered

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a school or youth-oriented setting

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SIMS or other school systems is highly desirable

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm and professionalism

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
