Administrative Assistant | Up to £30,000 | London | European Language a Plus

We’re working with a well-established international financial institution looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and professional environment where attention to detail and proactivity are highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior executives and the wider team. Your role will be varied, including:

  • Writing and updating internal procedures, forms, and presentations

  • Supporting facilities tasks such as asset management, insurance tracking, and meeting room prep

  • Handling general admin tasks – from travel bookings to corporate events, switchboard, and branding

  • Calendar management for senior leaders

  • Assisting with Business Continuity and Operational Resilience reporting

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree-level education (Business, Finance or related field preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Intermediate MS Office skills – especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a European language is a strong plus
