We’re working with a well-established international financial institution looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support their London office. What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior executives and the wider team. Your role will be varied, including:

Writing and updating internal procedures, forms, and presentations

Supporting facilities tasks such as asset management, insurance tracking, and meeting room prep
-
Handling general admin tasks – from travel bookings to corporate events, switchboard, and branding
-
Calendar management for senior leaders

Assisting with Business Continuity and Operational Resilience reporting
What You’ll Bring:

Degree-level education (Business, Finance or related field preferred)

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Intermediate MS Office skills – especially PowerPoint and Excel
-
Fluency in English; knowledge of a European language is a strong plus
