We're working with a lovely, high-achieving secondary school in the Colindale/Barnet area that is looking for bright, academic and friendly graduates to join their team as Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This is the perfect opportunity to develop hands-on classroom experience and make a real difference to students' learning.
About the Role:You'll be working alongside dedicated teachers, supporting students aged 11-16 across a range of subjects. Whether your background is in English, Science, Humanities, Languages, or Maths - your enthusiasm and subject knowledge will help pupils stay engaged and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils during lessons in class or through targeted small group sessions

Help students grasp key subject content, boosting their confidence and progress

Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Collaborate with teachers to monitor and support student development

Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive learning environment

Are a recent or soon-to-be graduate from any academic background

Are considering a future in teaching or education
