The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Multi-Tradesman - Barnet

We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Tradesman to join our growing team, working on repairs and maintenance for both void and tenanted properties across Coventry areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry: Repair and install architraves, skirting, and UVPC windows and doors.
• Plumbing: Install and maintain baths, toilets, sinks, and other sanitary ware. Locate and repair leaks as required.
• Plastering, Decorating and Tiling are also requirements on this project
• Multi work on repairs and maintenance

This is a great opportunity for a versatile, hands-on trades person with a strong background in both carpentry and plumbing. You'll be working in a varied role with the chance to expand your skill set through in-house training, while making a tangible impact on the upkeep of residential properties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both carpentry and plumbing and plastering
• Full driving license
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and tenants.
