Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with children?
We are recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology graduates to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in schools across Enfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors, Teachers, or Mental Health Practitioners to gain valuable experience in the education and mental health sectors.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN or behavioural needs

  • Help deliver tailored learning activities and emotional support

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

  • Support children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour

  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment



Ideal Candidate:

  • A Psychology (or related) degree holder

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with children or SEN (desirable, not essential)

  • Patient, resilient, and empathetic

  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to apply)
