The Company
Our client is giving you the chance, as a maintenance engineer, to work for a global business who specialise in fast moving goods. As a maintenance engineer, you will be working for a company that has seen rapid growth levels over the past few years, meaning you will be working on a brand new state of the art site with the latest machinery available at your disposal!
The Role
As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on an automated production line while also responding to breakdowns
- Fault finding electrically with a multi meter within a control panel and reading electrical schematics
- Fault finding on mechanical components including conveyors, pneumatics and swapping other components like-for-like
Requirements
As a maintenance engineer, our client requires:
- You to have a level 3 apprenticeship in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- Previous experience fault finding both mechanically and electrically
