A building contractor is seeking trades staff for a 4-bedroom house renovation on the Wakefield/Barnsley border.
Required trades include Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber, Gas Engineer, and Tiler, with pay rates ranging from £19ph to £24ph, and Gas Engineers earning slightly more.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in their relevant trade and possess NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications, with Gas Engineers requiring gas safe registration.
The roles will involve various tasks, including plastering, tiling, plumbing, and gas certification, with aspects of assisting other trades as needed.
The positions offer regular weekly pay for approximately 2 months, with potential for future work and options for holiday pay and pension.
