    • Make officer determinations on licences, including refusals, suspensions, and revocations.
    • Provide expert advice to stakeholders and respond to complex licensing queries.
    • Prepare reports and evidence files, and present in legal proceedings when required.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
    • Liaise with enforcement bodies, veterinarians, and other partners.
