Are you a clinically experienced leader? Have you lead an Occupational Health team? Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to support and guide their health and wellbeing team in Barrow-in-Furness.

About the Role

This is a fully site-based position working:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:15 AM – 11:45 AM

You’ll be working as part of a multidisciplinary team of 12 professionals, delivering high-quality, evidence-based health and wellbeing services to employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and lead a dynamic Occupational Health team in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the clinical team

  • Develop clinical pathways and review clinical competencies

  • Implement wellbeing initiatives and targeted programs

  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of team members

  • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation to maintain effective shift coverage

  • Conduct audits and competency reviews, ensuring policy compliance

  • Support daily operations and manage clinical service delivery, resolving workplace challenges where needed

Essential Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1)

  • Strong clinical experience, ideally in A&E or Emergency Care

  • Postgraduate experience in Occupational Health

  • Proven leadership and people management skills

  • Proficient with IT systems and digital health platforms
