The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to manage PM&C processes for a small project or a specific work package within a larger project. You may also support a Project Manager on a more complex project. You'll be involved in supervising a small team, guiding their performance, and providing support for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PM&C processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and financial objectives.
  • Lead project reporting and scheduling, applying problem-solving skills based on previous experience.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, adapting PM&C methods as needed.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively, preparing realistic plans and tracking activities against the project schedule.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff and promote best practices within the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong PM&C experience, with the ability to manage processes on small, non-complex projects or work packages within larger projects.
  • Familiarity with PM governance, assurance processes, and relevant PM&C tools.
  • Experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and an understanding of business processes and procedures.
  • Degree or substantial practical experience, with a PM qualification (e.g., APM Project Management Qualification) preferred.
