We are recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a well-established construction contractor based in Basildon, Essex. This is an office-based role, starting In the next 4 weeks
Details:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Up to £40k (depending on experience)

Office-based in Basildon
Responsibilities:

Inputting and processing purchase invoices into Xero accounting software

Running Weekly CIS payments
-
Owning and running Payment reconciliations
-
Keeping accurate records of supplier transactions
-
Supporting the finance team where needed
Requirements:
-
Experience in Construction CIS payments
-
Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
-
Familiarity with Xero (or similar software)
-
Strong attention to detail and confident data entry skills / reconciliation.
