Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Air Import Operator for a medium-sized Freight Forwarder.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of Air Import experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include updating ETAs, collating customs clearance documents, and calculating costs for deliveries.
The position involves communication with customers and overseas agents, with weekend work required 1 in every 3-4 weeks.
Salary is dependent on experience.

We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder who are looking to recruit an Air Import Operator.

Role Involves:

2 years + Air Import Start to Finish experience.

Update the ETAs on the system.

Collate all customs clearance documents for shipments.

Calculate costs for daily deliveries.

Deal with all customs.

Dealing with the Airway bills MAWB & HAWB

Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding shipments arrivals and delivery dates.

Arrange new shipments with overseas agents.

Weekend work is required 1 in every 3-4 weeks with Bank Holiday cover on rota.

Monday to Friday.

Salary depends on experience.
