We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to become a vital part of our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating a well-run, efficient office space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems with a focus on confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Support data entry and reporting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Liaise with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Support HR functions including payroll processing and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.

What We're Looking For

  • Office Management experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of accounting and HR processes is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
