My client has a strong presence in the industry and they are calling on skilled project managers to continue to uphold successful delivery of installation projects due to growth. A great opportunity to apply technical knowledge in a professional environment. This role will suit those who are focused on efficiency and attention to detail.
Your Duties:
* Managing the successful delivery of installations (public health, ventilation, low temperature hot water/chilled water and air conditioning systems)
* Working on commercial projects valued between £500k - £1.5m
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
* Overseeing staff including subcontractors
Your Experience
* Experience managing projects with a technical background in plumbing/pipe fitting
* Used to working in the commercial/retail space on projects ranging in value and sizes
* Experience managing subcontractors and employees through projects
* Able to commute to Basildon
