Contract Details: Permanent, with visits to client's offices in central London once a week

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their fantastic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all assigned projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes and meeting client expectations
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage financial tasks
  • Process accurate and timely invoicing through agreed client processes
  • Lead stakeholders through the project process, ensuring all process steps are followed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Communicate project risks and challenges through daily reporting
  • Attend relevant project meetings and create micro critical paths
  • Escalate any issues to the Director or the Head of Operations

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload against critical path deadlines
  • Proven experience in creating and managing client and internal relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience of project management, with external stakeholder management within packaging/graphics
  • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic, composed under pressure, and a champion of processes
  • Professional and presentable for client-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable team player with a willingness to assist colleagues
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications and adaptable to bespoke software solutions
