Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team within an Alternative Provision in Basildon, Essex.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with diverse SEN needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere.
Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to uphold high standards of care and education.
What Were Looking For
Strong behaviour management skills and resilience.
Experience working with SEN students or in an Alternative Provision (preferred but not essential).
Ability to build positive relationships and motivate learners.
A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting education.
