- You’ve spent 3-4+ years in a UK accountancy practice, ideally in outsourcing or client services
- You’re a confident self-starter who enjoys juggling priorities and speaking directly with clients
- You’ve used Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or CCH (or you're quick to learn)
- You’re proactive, positive and ready to step into a role with real ownership
