Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be working with an International business, based in Basingstoke, in their search for a Finance Process Analyst on a 6-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and executing various transformation initiatives
- Drive the implementation of business process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness
- Collaborate with a number of different finance stakeholders to ensure the best outcome is reached for the business that does not risk operational delivery
- Collaborate with the development, IT, BAU teams to test new systems, processes, or solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Key Skills and Experience include:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)- Experience in delivering finance process improvement initiatives
- This is a hands-on role so experience in working with multiple finance systems, with strong Microsoft excel is essential
- Proactive questioning and constructive challenge
