Job Title: Savings AdministratorLocation: Basingstoke (Fully Office Based)
Role overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Savings Administrator to join their Savings Operations team in Basingstoke. This role is primarily focused on processing savings administration tasks with some direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and an eye for accuracy, contributing to the smooth running of operational processes and ensuring excellent service delivery to the customers.
Savings Administrator key responsibilities:
- Process a wide range of administrative tasks including Account opening and on-boarding, end-of-term processing, estate management, ISA processing and other savings admin related tasks
- Handle ISA transfers, liaising with other ISA plan managers to ensure timely, compliant transactions
- Prepare written responses to customer queries and respond via phone when necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the bank’s brand in all interactions
- Support operational process controls and reporting
- Review and update operational procedures as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant bank processes and regulations, including BCOBS, GDPR, DISP, and TCF
Savings Administrator skills and experience

Desirable:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional Banker Certificate or equivalent industry qualification
- Experience within the Financial Services industry
