Description
The Interim Commercial Property Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:
- Supporting with the management of a large portfolio of properties
- Submitting land registry applications
- Drafting of AP1 forms
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
- Conducting due diligence for commercial property transactions.
- Supporting the legal team with general property-related matters.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide legal solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
Profile
A successful Interim Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- A strong understanding of commercial property transactions
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to work independently
Job Offer
