Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Lounge Manager

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

  • Managing rotas, staffing levels, and performance to ensure an efficient and motivated team.
  • Overseeing administrative duties, including stock control, financial reporting, and compliance with health and safety standards.
