Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Lounge Manager

Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
Motivating and developing a talented front-of-house team through effective leadership, training, and clear communication.
Managing rotas, staffing levels, and performance to ensure an efficient and motivated team.
Overseeing administrative duties, including stock control, financial reporting, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotels refined yet relaxed environment.
